Private-beta waitlist privacy notice · October 24, 2026

What this form collects

Your name, email, company, role, any hiring context you choose to share, the submission date, and your consent to beta-related contact. Please do not submit candidate records, passwords, or sensitive personal information.

Why we collect it

To review your request, understand the teams interested in Rōnin, and contact you about private-beta access. Joining does not create a product account or start a paid subscription. This form does not send an automatic confirmation email.

Where it goes

Submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database and can be viewed and exported by the Rōnin site owner. Hosting providers process this information to operate the site. Waitlist form contents are not sent to an AI model, and there are no advertising trackers added to this page.

Abuse prevention

The server briefly stores a one-way hash derived from the request’s IP address and time window to limit repeated submissions. These temporary records expire and are removed during subsequent submissions. Hosting providers may maintain their own operational logs.

Your choices

Providing hiring context is optional. You may ask to withdraw your request or delete your waitlist information by contacting the person who shared this page with you, or replying to a beta invitation when you receive one. Waitlist information is retained while requests and the beta are being managed, unless you ask for it to be removed.
