THE HIRING GAP

You know the difference
between a keyword
and real depth.

Your next hire might be in a pull request. A conference recording. A blog post about the exact problem keeping your team up at night.

You know how to recognize that person. Finding them—and connecting all the evidence—is the work you don’t have time for.

That’s where Rōnin comes in.

THE BRIEF

“Knows Kubernetes”

“Has built multi-tenant workload isolation
and can explain the tradeoffs.”

01 / FROM NUANCE TO NAMES

Give it the hard brief.

The details that get lost in a handoff
are the details Rōnin starts with.

Your details are used to review your request and contact you about the beta. Joining does not start a subscription.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

Who is Rōnin for?

Engineering managers, VPs of Engineering, founders, and technical leaders who know the work their team needs to do—and want a more direct role in finding the people to do it.

What can I try in the private beta?

Live discovery from public web sources, document-informed searches, evidence links, saved prospects, private notes, engagement stages, and editable outreach drafts. Saved workspace data currently lives in your browser.

Where does the evidence come from?

Public professional sources: engineering and personal blogs, GitHub, conference talks, podcasts, and accessible professional profiles or posts. Coverage varies. Rōnin links to the source and flags missing information for your review.

Does Rōnin verify every qualification?

No. Results are research leads, not hiring decisions or guarantees. Public material can be incomplete or outdated. Review source evidence and confirm current employer, location, and experience before engaging.

Does it send outreach or connect to my ATS?

It helps you prepare an editable draft and prompts you to check your ATS first. It does not send messages. Direct ATS sync, shared team workspaces, and automatic event monitoring are planned, not active beta features.

What happens when I join the waitlist?

We save your request so the Rōnin team can review your hiring needs and contact you about beta access. Joining does not create an account, grant access, or start a paid subscription. No card is required.
